I worked at a theater company in Los Angeles and David set up a Mini’s cart on the corner by our theater. They were the most amazing grab and go burgers I’ve ever had. Far from a fast food burger, but something you could get on the fly, that was actually real burger meat with fresh toppings and rolls. I always thought this was such a great concept, and was hoping he would eventually open a storefront on our block in LA. Minis are definitely something that can catch fire. No slider on the market like it!!
